Please come support these workers who are under assault by the current administration. Currently, at least 65,000 federal workers have lost their jobs due to DOGE. They deserve our thanks and time! Background- in 1916, President Woodrow Wilson made this an official holiday. Flag Day is a time to honor the American spirit and the birth of our flag. Additionally the American Flag is a symbol of our country, the symbol that is seen all around the world as the helper, the people who won't leave you out in the cold.
