Open Event at Old Wilson Schoolhouse Community Center Will Also Serve as Food Drive for Jackson Cupboard

The Teton County Democratic Party welcomes the community to a potluck dinner, trivia night and food drive at the Old Wilson Schoolhouse Community Center on Thursday, Feb. 17 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Attendees are asked to bring a potluck item that is enough to serve eight people based on the first letter of their last name.

A - J: Bring a main dish.

K - R: Bring a beverage (Alcoholic or nonalcoholic).

S - Z: Bring a dessert.

Attendees are also encouraged to bring a nonperishable food item – ranging from peanut butter and canned beans to pasta sauce and salsa, to flour and tea bags – to donate to the Jackson Cupboard. Themed trivia will be hosted by Kate Driscoll with the chance to win fun prizes.

“Our open event is a chance for fellow Dems and any other interested community members to reconnect after a long COVID-caused hiatus and ahead of a very important election season,” said Maggie Hunt, chair of the Teton County Democratic Party. “It’s in the spirit of bringing people together and working on issues that are important to all of us.”
